5.1. Your account
5.1.1. Before you are able to start playing on CaratCasino.com, we will require you to first register with us.
5.1.2. We do not wish and are not obliged to accept registration from persons resident in jurisdictions that prohibit online sports betting or any other type of online gambling.
5.1.3. You agree to provide accurate registration information. You agree to inform us of any changes in such details.

126.96.36.199. CaratCasino.com reserves the right to apply a monthly account fee equivalent to EUR 1.00 on accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. This will be deducted from any available funds at the time.
5.2. Account Security
5.2.1. If you register with us via our Website, upon completion of registration, we will confirm by sending an electronic mail to the address you have provided upon registration. This email would confirm that registration on our side has been successful and it will contain instructions for you to verify your email address.
5.2.2. On registration via the Website, you will be required to choose a password for future log-in.
5.2.3. You hereby agree to keep your username and password confidential and that you are responsible for any misuse of your password. Any losses suffered due to a third party using your account will not be refunded by us. Furthermore, you shall have full responsibility for any third party using your login details and shall not hold us liable in respect of any damages arising from such misuse.

5.3. Payment Methods
5.3.1. You may deposit funds into your account from your credit or debit card. All payments will be converted into the currency you have on your betting account. 5.3.4. Deposits may incur charges depending on the method you select. Should your account go overdrawn due to a duplicate payment error, such as a withdrawal request being processed twice by our payment partners, you agree to authorize CaratCasino.com to deposit further funds into your account from your registered credit card. All reasonable effort will be made by CaratCasino.com to contact you before making any such manual transaction.
5.3.10. We reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs for deposits from the amount you withdraw, if such costs exceed the net revenue generated by you after the date from which the money to be withdrawn originate.
5.3.11. CaratCasino.com does not accept to be abused in the daily exchange rate differences that might occur during a day’s trade. Normal movement of money will never be questioned, but obvious abuse will be deducted from the clients account.
5.4. Account Balances
5.4.1. The Company’s calculations of your Reserved balance, Available balance and amounts owed by you under the terms of this agreement will be final and, in the absence of any manifest error, will not be subject to any enquiry or investigation.
5.4.2. We reserve the right to close your account and to refund to you the Available Balance at our absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
5.4.3. Should any amount be in dispute at the time of closing your account, this amount will be deducted prior to giving out any refunds.
5.5. Client Account Management
5.5.1. All winnings will be held for the use of your customer account following confirmation of the relevant result.
5.5.2. Any amounts which are mistakenly credited as winnings to your customer account remain the property of CaratCasino.com and will automatically be transferred from your account upon the error being noticed. Any winnings mistakenly credited to your account yet withdrawn by you will constitute a debt owed by you to CaratCasino.com in the amount of such wrongfully attributed winnings.
5.5.3. You may withdraw any amount up to the available balance in your account by issuing us with a valid notice of withdrawal in the manner specified in our cashier pages.
5.5.4. You may withdraw funds from your account by Neteller,SKRILL or any method that we offer at the time of your withdrawal.
5.5.5. We will not accept withdrawal requests made otherwise than via the facility provided in our cashier pages. The Company’s employees are not authorized to effect such payments.
5.5.6. Bank withdrawals may be subject to charges. These charges may change from time to time and these, if any, would be defined in our cashier pages. Note that your bank may independently charge you for bank transfers.
5.5.7 Payment of any taxes, fees, charges or levies that may apply to your winnings under any applicable laws shall be your sole responsibility.
5.5.8 Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal. If required, we will request a copy of valid photographic identification, proof of address and proof of payment to verify your account details, prior to the authorisation of your withdrawal request.
6.1. CaratCasino.com reserves the right to cancel any bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to deposit bonuses, reload bonuses and loyalty program) with immediate effect if we believe the bonus has been set up incorrectly or is being abused. If said bonus has been paid out, then we reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request and deduct the amount from the customer’s account. Whether or not a bonus is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused is solely at the discretion of CaratCasino.com.
6.2. In case you decide to use an instant deposit bonus, no withdrawal of your original deposit will be accepted before you have reached the requirements that has been set for that bonus. 7.1. A bet can only be placed by a registered Player.
7.2. A bet can only be placed over the Internet.
7.3. A Player can only place a bet if he has sufficient funds in his account with CaratCasino.com.
7.4. The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the bet being accepted.
7.5. The payout of a winning bet is credited to the Player’s account, consisting of the stake times the odds at which the bet was played.
7.6. CaratCasino.com reserves the right to adjust a payout credited to a CaratCasino.com account if it is obvious that the payout has been credited due to an Error.
7.7. A bet, which has been placed and accepted, cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled by the player.
7.8. The list of all the bets, their status and details are available to the Player on the website.
7.9. When the Player places a bet s/he acknowledges that s/he has read and understood in full all of the terms and conditions and game rules regarding the bet as stated on the website.
7.10. CaratCasino.com manages the Player’s account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proved otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
7.11. The Player is fully responsible for the bets placed.
7.12. Winnings will be paid into the Player’s account after the final result is confirmed. However, CaratCasino.com reserves the right to set aside any winnings should there be investigations resulting from a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result. If the irregularity is confirmed then CaratCasino.com retains the right to void any related bets.
7.13. Should CaratCasino.com become aware that a Player has placed a number of bets from different accounts s/he has irregularly opened; all bets will be voidable at the unfettered discretion of CaratCasino.com. CaratCasino.com retains the right to take further action as deemed necessary such as, but not limited to, blocking accounts and confiscate funds deriving from abuse.
7.14. If bets, which exceed the stated amounts, are erroneously accepted, the excess amount will be disregarded and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the Player.
7.15 The Player affirms that s/he is not part of a betting syndicate, where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the rules of CaratCasino.com.
7.16. Unless otherwise stated, all bets on CaratCasino.com are settled according to the full time result of a match.
7.17. Statistics, Live scores, Livebetting or editorial text published at the CaratCasino.com site is added information and CaratCasino.com does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the information is incorrect. It is the Player’s responsibility to be aware about circumstances relating to an event.
7.18. If a bet is declared void, the stake will be returned to the Player. Bets are declared void if the match has been postponed or abandoned, where a result has not been declared within 36 hours, unless otherwise stated.
7.19. CaratCasino.com reserves the right to declare a Bet void, totally or partly, if it is obvious that:
7.20. If a bet / event is declared void, it will be evaluated as “won” at odds 1.0, which means it is still possible to win / loose depending on the remaining bets.
7.21. CaratCasino.com reserves the right to adopt special rules, applicable for particular matches or events that may be contradictory to the Betting Rules. Such special rules may either be published herein under “Sports Betting Rules” or in conjunction with published odds for particular matches or events. In the event of ambiguity, priority is as follows:
7.22. Communication errors do occasionally happen. The way our system works is that the bet is confirmed only when it is received on our servers in Curaçao. Should there be a break in communication after you place your bet and this has been successfully received on our servers it will still participate in the active game. You will be informed whether you have won or lost once communication is re-established. If the bet is not received at our servers then it will not participate and the bet amount will not be taken from your account.
7.23. A Player unsatisfied with a matter relating to a bet with CaratCasino.com shall notify us within 30 days after the transaction took place. Notification made after the said period will be disregarded. Such a notification shall be made in writing. In the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the result which appears on your device and the results in the transaction logs in our system, you agree that the results in our system’s transaction logs as certified by an officer of CaratCasino.com shall be the final and conclusive result.
7.24. The Player accepts that s/he considers him-/herself to be adequately informed of his/her possible exposure by the details given on the online betting confirmation issued by us (if the player is in any doubt about this, s/he should contact support).
7.25. The player accepts that any amounts lost under any bet should not under any circumstances be recoverable from CaratCasino.com.
8.1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/ or terminate your account or cancel any outstanding bets at our absolute discretion if: (i) we suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using our Betting Product; (ii) we suspect you are breaching any term of this agreement; (iii) we suspect you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business; or (iv) we suspect that you may be having difficulties obtaining credit.
8.2. Irrespective of whether we suspend and/ or terminate an account and notwithstanding any other provisions in these terms and conditions, we may decide to cancel and void any outstanding bets at our absolute discretion where (i) there is a technological failure, or (ii) you or another customer with whom you have bet have breached any terms and conditions in this agreement.
8.3. CaratCasino.com reserves the right to close a customer’s account and refund the balance of their account without further explanation. Subject to any provision of these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, outstanding bets will ordinarily be honoured. Furthermore we retain the right to suspend the whole or any part of the service for any reason at our sole discretion and in such event we may but shall not be obliged to give you such notice as we deem practical
9.1. You may only place bets with a minimum stake of the equivalent of €1 (one euro) in Odds betting.
9.2. The maximum stake is dependent on the amount CaratCasino.com accepts at the time of your bet, this is done manually if your bet is higher than the automatic acceptance level set out (such amount is subject to change without prior notice) we have the right to decline any bet that is up for manual approval. Any bet that has not been manually approved before the game has started is voided and it is the full amount of the bet that is voided. The player has the right to void any bet until it has been accepted by our traders.
9.3. You may not place a bet exceeding your available account balance.
10.1. CaratCasino.com does not assume any liability for transmission, input and/or analysis errors. CaratCasino.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to correct any obvious errors and mistakes concerning published odds and/or events/players/teams/etc. If not otherwise stated, such published odds and/or events/players/teams/etc will be having odds of 1.00.

CaratCasino.com will commence any technologically reasonable action to protect the customer information, but will not be liable and will not take responsibility if third parties obtain control of, any process, or user information despite such action. No claims for damages may be asserted against CaratCasino.com, in any such connection arising thereof.
11.1. It is strictly forbidden to use any automated software and/or computer system in direct or indirect conjunction with the services provided by CaratCasino.com. This includes, but is not limited to, performance of action such as sending information from your computer to another computer with installed and active such software and/or system.
11.2. Any Poker robots or software developed and designed to play automatically at CaratCasino.com poker is not allowed.
12.1. Any failure, delay performed by CaratCasino.com in relation to its obligations of its services shall not be deemed a breach of its obligations to you as customer and if such failure or delay to the extent is caused by so called FORCE MAJEURE, such as flood, fire, earthquake, or any other element of nature, act of war, riots or terrorist attack, public utility electrical failure, lockouts and strikes, delays or disruptions of the Internet and telecommunications networks caused by human or nature factor, or any other such event beyond the reasonable control of CaratCasino.com.
12.2. CaratCasino.com will not accept any liability for the consequences arising out of any such force majeure events for customer.

13.2. All trademarks presented on CaratCasino.com web site, including, but not limited to trade names and other symbols are protected by international trademark laws. It is strictly prohibited to use them by any way without CaratCasino.com approval.
